Cancellation Policy

We appreciate our clients and understand that things happen! We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments.  Our staff works by appointment and is paid on a commission basis.  If clients cancel last minute it is very difficult to fill that time with another on short notice.  Therefore, we require a credit card on file when booking your service and request that clients agree to cancel 24 hours in advance or sooner. Clients who cancel within less than 24 hours or those who do not call or show agree to be charged 100% of their scheduled service price.
